WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Senior Event Producer (12-month Maternity Leave Cover) is a strategic, commercially minded, and highly experienced leader responsible for delivering complex, high-profile event experiences across multiple client accounts. You will lead integrated campaigns from brief through to delivery, guiding internal teams, mentoring junior producers, and acting as a trusted advisor to clients and stakeholders.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, can confidently manage multiple priorities, and enjoys creating extraordinary experiences while driving commercial outcomes and team success.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • 5+ years’ experience producing live events, brand experiences, or integrated campaigns within an agency or production environment
  • Proven ability to lead multiple large-scale, complex projects end-to-end
  • Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
  • Experience managing large budgets, statements of work, reconciliations, and commercial outcomes
  • Strong supplier management and contract negotiation experience
  • Experience mentoring or leading Project Coordinators, Project Managers, Associate Producers, or Producers
  • Strong technical aptitude, including familiarity with G Suite and event management systems
  • Degree or diploma in a related discipline preferred but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES 
As a Senior Event Producer, you will lead the successful delivery of complex projects while building trusted client relationships, guiding teams, and ensuring exceptional execution across all touchpoints.
  • Lead large-scale integrated campaigns from concept to delivery across creative, technical, and production teams
  • Act as the client’s trusted advisor, building strong stakeholder relationships and providing strategic counsel throughout delivery
  • Translate briefs into clear scopes, project plans, schedules, workflows, and delivery strategies
  • Oversee project budgets, statements of work, invoicing, reconciliations, forecasting, and commercial reporting
  • Lead project resourcing across multiple campaigns, ensuring teams and tools are allocated effectively
  • Manage risk, troubleshoot challenges, and act as a senior escalation point for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Negotiate supplier agreements and manage external partners to deliver exceptional outcomes
  • Collaborate closely with Creative, Technical, Film, and Account teams to deliver seamless experiences
  • Identify opportunities for organic growth, innovation, and expanded client partnerships
  • Support and contribute to new business pitches, proposals, and strategic planning
  • Mentor and develop Associate Producers, Project Managers, and Producers to build capability across the team
  • Report project progress, financials, and risks to senior leadership
